The purpose of this program is to recognize dogs that have good manners at home and in the community. By promoting responsible pet ownership the LA/SPCA hopes to strengthen the human/animal bond in a positive and rewarding manner.

*All dogs must complete a Beginner's Obedience Class, be at least one-year-old, handled by their owner, and current on all vaccinations.
